What is Aurera?
Aurera is an AI guide built on your birth chart, Human Design, and Gene Keys. She shows up every morning with a personalized note and question for you and each person in your life, and she's available to chat anytime you need her.
What's the difference between putting my charts into AI myself and using Aurera?
You can absolutely do that, and it works. Aurera is what happens when that experience is built specifically for this purpose. Her voice, her depth of knowledge, and the way she reads a chart were shaped directly by Shaolin, a founder who cares deeply about self-knowledge and her people. Aurera already holds your full chart, your Human Design, your Gene Keys, and the charts of everyone you love. She shows up every morning without you having to ask. And she remembers who you are and your people. The difference is between a tool you set up every time and a guide who already knows you.
Is Aurera a real person?
No. Aurera is artificial intelligence. She's here to offer guidance, not direction. Use her wisdom as one lens among many.
Who founded Aurera?
Aurera was founded by Shaolin, an award-winning interior designer and homeschool twin mom based in Honolulu, Hawaii. She built Aurera through her own journey to understanding herself and her people.
What are “your people”?
Your people are the individuals you add to your Aurera profile — a partner, child, parents, friends, anyone you want. You enter their birth data and Aurera holds their charts so she can speak to your relationships, not just you as an individual. The solo plan includes just you; the family plan includes you plus 3 people. On either plan you can add more profiles for $11/month each, up to 8 total.
What is the village?
Your village forms when you and another Aurera member share your profiles with each other. Once connected, Aurera can draw on both charts in real time and work with accurate data from both sides of the relationship.
Can I add Aurera to my phone or desktop like an app?
Yes. Aurera is a web app, which means you can add it to your desktop or mobile home screen and it'll open like a native app — no download required. Go to settings and click “add to home screen” for further instructions.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling permanently deletes your account and all data at the end of your billing period. This cannot be undone. Anyone in your village will lose your data from their account as well.
Can I reactivate after canceling?
No. Once your billing period ends, your account and all data are permanently deleted. You would need to start fresh.
Where does my chart data come from?
Your birth chart is calculated from your birth date, time, and place using professional-grade astronomical data. Human Design and Gene Keys are derived from the same birth data.
How accurate is the data?
Chart accuracy depends on birth time accuracy. The more precise your birth time, the more precise your Rising sign, houses, and Human Design lines. If you're unsure of your birth time, your birth certificate is the most reliable source.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your chart data and conversation history are private to your account. People you add to your village cannot see your conversations. Read our privacy policy for more information.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free from the moment you verify your email. Your first daily email arrives the morning after you sign up. If you don't cancel before day 7, your subscription starts automatically.
My information doesn't look accurate — what should I do?
If your birth date, time, and place are entered correctly and something still looks off, it may be a calculation difference between sources. Human Design in particular can vary slightly depending on which software is used. Aurera uses professional-grade astronomical data validated against industry-standard references. If you're seeing something that genuinely doesn't match, reach out — we want to know.
